CEO of leap9, Ash spent 7.5 years as Chief Talent Officer on the Board at The Hut Group. Ash has first-hand experience of the myriad of people challenges faced by growing businesses, hence his desire to create leap9 – a fresh and innovative approach to talent consultancy. His passion is growing companies that are shaping a positive future for the North West.
Dani is leading the expansion into the Middle East, focusing on creating the growth strategy roadmap whilst also driving the culture, standards and performance of leap9 MENA to ensure exceptional delivery. Dani has 10 years’ experience building world-class global digital and tech talent teams for VC/PE backed businesses going through scale and growth, including over 4 years in the Middle East for Digital Gurus and as an onsite consultant at Careem. Her leap9 passion is to build an industry leading people & talent consultancy in the region that will challenge the ordinary and have a massive impact on the MENA tech ecosystem.
Georgia heads up Strategic Partnerships, focusing on seeking and developing new accounts and growing existing accounts through relentless drive and expertise. Georgia has 4 years previous experience in talent & organisation strategy consulting at Accenture and is a specialist in Operating Model and Org Design. She is passionate about building the next generation talent consultancy to drive growth for some of the best known start-ups globally.
Abi heads up our People Science team. She is focused on developing innovative, evidence-based solutions that deliver maximum impact for our clients. Abi has a PhD in Organisational Psychology and previous experience designing and delivering change initiatives in high-growth businesses. She is passionate about harnessing the power of psychological science to drive growth of people and organisations alike.
Tom’s role at leap 9 is twofold, leading our Talent Consulting Practice and also our internal hiring at leap9. Currently undertaking his MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School.
Prior to joining Leap9 Tom specialized in tech recruitment for Amazon, hiring everything from software engineers, machine learning scientists and development managers. Tom also planned and executed high scale hiring events globally. Outside of his core role Tom founded Amazon Wellness, a global employee led wellness program internally for Amazon employees.
Tom’s leap9 passion is taking the clients he works with to the next level through hiring exceptional talent or through helping clients build highly effective and scalable recruitment operations.
Holly heads up our Operations function whilst also holding a BSc in Psychology. She has a wealth of experience in running back office for growing SMEs and is passionate about building businesses from the ground up. Her leap9 passion is to integrate her theoretical knowledge of Psychology with practical business experience gained in previous roles.
Antonia is a Business Psychologist working within People Science. Antonia has a BSc in Psychology and recently completed her MSc in Organisational Psychology at Manchester Alliance Business School, with her dissertation focusing on the link between interpersonal working relationships and employee engagement and communication. Her leap9 passion is to help organisations foster a culture that cultivates employee engagement, communication and productivity.
Beth is our Talent Acquisition Analyst, headhunting and securing exceptional talent for our partners whilst optimising their hiring functions. Beth is a first-class Cambridge graduate and has previously worked as an analyst for Rolls-Royce. Her leap9 passion is to highlight the commercial significance of talent acquisition by placing game-changing candidates into high-growth businesses.
Akhil supports client service delivery, establishing transparent client relationships whilst delivering valuable workshops & outputs. Akhil has 2 years’ experience as a business analyst where he streamlined internal business processes and produced key client outcomes. His leap9 passion is to create the foundations for leap9 to accelerate start-up/scale-up businesses through their most important asset – People.
Patrick joined the leap9 Graduate scheme and rotates across the team. He graduated with a first class Bsc in Business and Entrepreneurship and went to work at a Series B start-up, The Plum Guide, before joining leap9. Having witnessed first hand the opportunities and challenges that come with a period of exceptional growth, he’s now focused on understanding and implementing the science behind winning organisations.
Jon is Head of People Operations at Status.im. His previous role saw him as Head of Staffing at Google where he was responsible for a team of 70+ and all Google recruiting in Europe, Middle East & Africa. He has spent the last 15 years growing some of the world’s leading tech companies and is passionate about bringing the same in-depth experience and people expertise to leap9.
Vikas is a high-profile entrepreneur and investor. He holds a professorship at MIT Sloan and is an Honorary Professor at the University of Manchester.
